This notice explains how information is handled when you use this website or contact Susan Liddy about services.
Information you choose to share
You can read this website without creating an account or providing your name or email address. If you contact me or request a consultation, you may provide your name, contact details, and information about your inquiry.
I use that information to respond, discuss services, and arrange consultations or appointments. Your contact information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing.
Contact and scheduling
Email links open your email service. Scheduling links take you to Carepatron, which operates separately from this website. Information you enter there is handled through that service and its applicable privacy policies.
Ordinary email is not guaranteed to be secure. Please keep initial messages to general questions and avoid sending sensitive health information or clinical records. Contact me to arrange an appropriate communication method.
Sending a message or requesting a consultation does not by itself establish a therapist-client relationship.
Website contact form
The inquiry form asks for your name, email, inquiry type, optional practice or organization, and a short message. Submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms and can be emailed to the practice. Netlify uses Akismet to filter spam, and the form includes a hidden field to help identify automated submissions. Filtering can occasionally flag legitimate messages.
Please do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, patient information, clinical records, or urgent requests through this form. It is for general inquiries and is not a clinical messaging portal. If you do not receive a reply, please contact the practice by phone.
Website technology and technical information
This site is hosted by Netlify. Delivering web pages involves technical requests that may include your IP address, browser information, and the pages or files requested. Fonts currently load from Google Fonts, which also involves requests to Google’s servers.
No advertising pixels, visitor analytics, or session-recording tools have been added to this site. External services you choose to use may handle technical information or cookies under their own policies. Browser settings can help you manage cookies and other site permissions.
The free guide and email updates
The Flare Support Guide is intended to be available without an email signup. Receiving a resource or contacting me does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. There is currently no email-list signup on this website.
If optional email updates are added, the invitation and subscription choices will be explained separately.

You may contact me with questions about information you have provided, or request a correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained for legal, professional, or recordkeeping reasons.
This notice concerns website use. Privacy, confidentiality, and clinical records are addressed through the practice’s intake and privacy information when services are arranged.
